there's already an offer of 3 ist on this torch. As you'll see in my rune pricing list there is no listing for a gul rune as I'm not overly fond of them.

Edit: also I apologize for not directly addressing your offer of Um on the 'lowest' storch. since they all have 31 or 32 +to atribs/res I didn't know which you considered 'lowest'
